We offer competitive shipping rates:

• Dhaka & Gazipur: 70 Taka
• Outside Dhaka & Gazipur: 130 Taka
• Free Shipping: Orders over 3,000 Taka (Dhaka & Gazipur) or 4,000 Taka (Outside Dhaka & Gazipur) qualify for free standard shipping.

Note: Rates may vary depending on location, order weight, and chosen delivery option.

3. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We will announce via our website and social media channels once international delivery becomes available.

4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:

• Dhaka & Gazipur: 2–3 business days
• Outside Dhaka & Gazipur: 5–7 business days

These are estimated timeframes and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

• If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. We will try to update it before dispatch.
• Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address and are not liable for losses due to incorrect details.
