Refund Policy

At MSB Park, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the following policy to understand your rights and our procedures regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • Include the original packaging, tags, and labels.
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used or worn sneakers, slippers, or apparel.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling.
  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or manufacturing defect), we will cover return shipping costs.

3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider (processing times vary).

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at 📞 +8801715-169833 / +8801911-822186 and send your product to our return address (provided upon approval).

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • For high-value items (e.g., branded sneakers, luxury watches, leather goods), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt without proof of delivery.
